  Worst shipping company I have literally ever worked with. Don't hold your breathe trying to call a lady named Ruby. We called this lady literally 7 times, to schedule a pickup and never got an answer. Left messages and still no reply or call back. Customer service is a joke with this location. After I finally called the operator line and got a hold of the supervisor. I was asked to come pickup the item myself that they are getting paid to deliver.....smh. This package is needed to be delivered in a truck. Which I do not have. Which also is why this company is suppose to deliver this item! This isn't the first 1 star review that was left. So I hope people who decide to read these reviews see if they should use this company, or a better one that knows how to use or answer a phone. I'm having to now not only go rent a truck and drive out there to get my package, but now have to extend my rental and pay more money so the body shop can finish my car, all because this lady don't have the decency to answer her phone or call someone back. Its a shame, and I would be embarrassed if I was them not being able to stand by my business and word. Good Luck to this company I hope Ruby carries herself better than she does answering the phone....
